About Eleanor

Eleanor’s voyage from the bustling legal corridors of London to the serene shores of India tells a story of profound personal growth. Starting her academic journey at Nottingham University and later pursuing a law degree at BPP University in London, she initially embraced the challenges of the legal profession. However, as the demands of corporate life took a toll on her mental well-being, she turned to yoga for solace and found transformative power in its practice amidst the chaos.

Realizing that her aspirations diverged from the corporate lifestyle, Eleanor embarked on a journey to India, seeking refuge and inspiration in its spiritual landscape. Immersed in the ancient wisdom of yoga at renowned institutions like Sampoorna Yoga in Goa and The Sivananda Yoga Ashrams in Kerala and Delhi, she discovered the healing potential of pranayama, or breathwork, under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Through her exploration of breathwork, Eleanor confronted past traumas and found release from suppressed emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her. Empowered by her own healing journey, she became a dedicated Breathwork practitioner, leading personal sessions and workshops in London, Mumbai and Goa to share her insights and guide others on their paths to inner peace and self-realization.
